Facility Reports

This report gives the percentage of monthly reports Entry, Submit and Publish status of LMIS/ART Patient/PMTCT Patient data in the dashboard and also the detailed submission status by each site during a given month.

This report displays on a map the stock status of each product using meaningful icons that represent the risk category of the product in question at each site.

This report identifies the risk category (stockout, potential stockout, understock, satisfactory stock, overstock) for all products at a given health facility based on months of stock on hand and average monthly consumption.

This report gives the trend of 'Actual Consumption' or 'Average Monthly Consumption (AMC)' for a single pharmaceutical product over a period for each facilities.

This is a detailed report showing stock status of each product by risk category and the number and proportion of health facilities in each of the risk categories. The purpose of the report is help managers understand the magnitude of the risk categories in terms of the number of health facilities affected and therefore take appropriate remedial steps.

This report gives the aggregate value of stock on hand and value of average monthly consumption in USD at each health facility. The purpose of the report is to identify facilities that may be overstocked or understocked based on the valuation of the inventory levels in aggregate months of stock.

This report shows how many days a product was out of stock in the middle of any month for each health facility. This report can be used to improve supply planning and reduce stockout days.

This report shows the percentage of products in each LMIS report which have calculation error. Either the product stock status has not been filled or the uploaded report from Excel has not been filled properly. This report can be used for data quality monitoring.

This report shows the distribution of active patients receiving ART at each facility disaggregated by age group and gender.

This report shows the ratio of pediatric patients compared to adult patients active on ART for each selected health facility or region.

This report shows the distribution of ART patients by Sierra Leone administrative regions/districts/chiefdom. The report gives a quick picture of where the majority of ART patients are located on the Sierra Leone map.

This report highlights facilities with a quarter to quarter drop in the active population of patients on ART.
